A fine olive oil with an aroma of fresh olives, artichoke and apple.
The taste is elegant with a long aftertaste of dried fruits. Particularly suitable for seasonal fresh fish, cod, crustaceans, grilled or roast meats. Delicious in sauces and mayonnaise and excellent for baking.
The olive harvest is done by mechanical vibrations and is carried out early to mid-November. This olive oil is mechanically cold-pressed at a low temperature (up to 27° C) so that the fresh fruit aromas are preserved. The "Classico" CARM olive oil comes from CARM's own olive groves, which are not included in the Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro DOP (protected designation of origin) but comes from the heart of the Douro demarcated region for table and port wines
