Brick in colour. It shows an exotic nose, with notes of ripe fruit (white cherries), spices and hints of buttery caramel. The palate reveals sweet flavours, with notes of ripe fruit and boiled sweets, and hints of spices. A smooth and silky wine.
Colheita's are seen as Tawny's of very high quality. Comes from a single harvest and has spent at least 7 years in French oak barrels of approximately 550 liters. Colheita port wine represents less than 1% of the total annual production of port. Like Vintage, a Colheita port is only released when the best conditions are met and after approval of the IDVP (Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto)
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, with dried fruits and light sweet desserts (crème brûlée)
Grapes : 30% tinta roriz, 30% tinta barroca, 20% tinto cão, 20% touriga franca

Store horizontally at a constant temperature of 12 ° C.
