Made from three of the most typical Douro grapes: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, this rosé is

produced with loving care at Quinta das Tecedeiras' riverside winery in the heart of the Douro valley. This wine

introduces itself with notes of vibrant and fresh red fruit on the nose and palate. These give way to a welcoming

sensation of balanced acidity on the finish. A fruit-forward, elegant wine, best suited to lighter dishes

Ideal for fish and seafood, but also for lighter vegetarian dishes and all sorts of Summer salads

Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca

Manual harvest. Hand selected grapes on the vine. De-stemming, brief maceration and skin contact with swift pressing. Fermentation in in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Remains on lies until February 2019.

Terroir: Lying along 1.5 km on the left bank of the Douro River, in the prestigious area of São João da Pesqueira. The Quinta das Tecedeiras owes its name to the nuns who inhabited it and who devoted themselves to weaving the flax that grew in the past. The soil is made of slate. The vineyards are at a height between 90 and 190 meters
