Nat Cool is naturally cool and funky. It represents an innovative concept, initiated by Niepoort, in which several producers came together to create light, easy-to-drink wines. Light in color. The individuality of the Baga grape variety and the Bairrada region is evident, with red fruit, some spice and a mineral undertone reflecting the calcareous soils and pronounced Atlantic climate. Fresh, really alluring and full of precision, this is a wine that is light on the feet and easy to enjoy.

Food pairing

Delicious with lightly spiced salad, grilled vegetables, aperitif, smoked dishes, roasts, rice with meat.

The Nat'Cool label can be used freely by other winemakers provided they adhere to the rules: natural vinification, no aging in wooden barrels, light extraction and low alcohol. All wines with the label are offered in bottles of 1 liter and at a pleasant price
