This delicious white wine from Quinta do Pôpa is citrus yellow in color is a fresh white wine with a great complexity, the light toast & flowers is the first thing you notice. Is soft and structured in the mouth. Has an elegant and balanced aftertaste.

Grapes: mix of old white grapes

Macération péllicular for 24 hours at 10 °C. Alcoholic fermentation at a changing temperature between 14-18 ° C for 28 days and regular battonage. 50% of the batch ages in stainless stainless steel barrels and 50% in French oak barrels for 6 months
