Pale yellow with green hues colour. Exuberant in a elegant match of the tropical aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and guava with the herbaceous hues of asparagus and freshly cut grass. Structured with a distinctive complexity and an incredible minerality that combines with the tropical ripe fruit hints. Long, persistent and tasty.

Grapes : Sauvignon Blanc 100%

The grapes are manually harvested, after maturation control. After immediate soft press, the must is clarified and starts the fermentation at 16 ° C. A small percentage of the lot (10%) is fermented in new American oak barrels. Before bottling the wine is stabilized and filtered.

Serve at 10-12°C. Drink up to 5 years after harvest year
