An extremely refreshing white wine, rich in fruity aromas with an exotic character and lively acidity, combined with pleasant floral notes. In the mouth it is balanced, with a great combination of citrus and wood tones, resulting from aging in oak barrels. This wine has a great intensity and minerality typical of the Lisbon region.

Grapes: Arinto, Chardonnay
Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control systems between 10°C - 12°C. The wine aged for 6 months in contact with the fine fermentation lees. 25% of the wine was aged in 2nd year French and American oak barrels.
