Delicious with foie gras, sweet desserts, Christmas pudding, pastries, milk chocolate, walnuts, nuts, crème brûlée, Roquefort and as a digestive accompanied by a fine cigar. For sure also try with duck breast with apples, mushroom risotto & Pastéis de nata

Grapes: Tinta Barocca, Touriga Francesa, Touriga Nacional

Blended wine produced from three or four tawny wines of different ages and high quality, aged in 1,500 litre oak barrels, in order to obtain wines with an average age of thirty years. Thus these wines are very complex in aroma and on taste, where one feels the flavours of the great wines aged in wood for long periods.
